Shipping Policy

Key information:

Order cutoff time: Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. will be processed the same day.

Processing time: Order processing time is 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Delivery time: Delivery usually takes 5–9 business days (Monday to Friday).

Shipping costs: Free shipping.

Where do we ship?
Currently, we only ship within Spain.

Order confirmation
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means we have received your order in our system and have started processing it.

Order tracking
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number on our tracking page to see where your package is. If you do not receive it or it does not work, please contact our customer support.

Order shipment
After placing your order, we need 1–3 business days to process it. Once processed, your order will be shipped and usually takes between 5 and 9 business days to arrive.

Shipping costs
We offer free shipping on all orders.

Delayed orders
If the maximum processing and shipping time has passed and your order has not yet arrived, do not panic. Please allow up to 2 additional days and remember to use your tracking code. If your package has still not arrived by then, please contact us and provide your order number.

Damaged or incorrect orders
Did you receive your package, but it was damaged or the wrong items were delivered? No problem. Please take photos of the issue, include a brief explanation of what is wrong, and contact us with your order number.
