Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

• Cooling-off period: the period during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal;
• Consumer: the natural person who is not acting in the exercise of a profession or business;
• Day: calendar day;
• Ongoing transaction: an agreement involving staggered delivery;
• Durable data carrier: any means that allows information to be stored;
• Right of withdrawal: the option to dissolve the agreement;
• Entrepreneur: AUVEYA Zurich;
• Distance agreement: an agreement concluded via electronic communication;
• General terms and conditions: these terms and conditions.

Article 3 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer and every agreement between AUVEYA Zurich and the consumer.

Article 4 – The offer

All offers are without obligation. Images and descriptions are indicative and may differ from the actual product.

Article 5 – The agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance by the consumer and confirmation by AUVEYA Zurich.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement within 14 days without stating reasons.

Article 7 – Costs in case of withdrawal

The costs of return shipping are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.

Article 8 – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be excluded for products that are personal or hygienic in nature.

Article 9 – The price

All prices include VAT and are subject to printing and typographical errors.

Article 10 – Conformity and warranty

AUVEYA Zurich guarantees that products comply with legal requirements and reasonable consumer expectations.

Article 11 – Delivery and execution

Deliveries are carried out with due care. Delivery times are indicative.

Article 12 – Ongoing transactions

Agreements may be terminated by the consumer at any time, subject to a notice period of no more than one month.

Article 13 – Payment

Payments must be made within the specified payment term.

Article 14 – Complaints procedure

Complaints can be submitted via info@auveyazurich.com. We aim to provide a solution within 14 days.

Article 15 – Disputes

Dutch law applies to all agreements. The Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.

Additional provisions may not be to the detriment of the consumer.
